Solferino’s long history of more than 60 years is a “guarantee” for new patrons and regulars alike, creating a trait d’union between different generations.<\/p>\n

Take as an example the 10-year-old grandson who used to come to Solferino in the 1990s with his grandfather and parents. In his twenties he came for dinner with his first partner or friends to celebrate his birthday.

Classicity, typicality, modernity, quality of raw material and consistency in the standard of the product offered.<\/p>\n

The completeness of a varied menu of meat, fish and vegetables; with the goal of always putting the customer in a position to find the dish that satisfies him or her.<\/p>\n

The more than 30 dishes on the menu are able to satisfy all types of palates and increasingly varied dietary needs. From vegetarians to celiacs, every request will be accommodated by our chefs who bring all their experience gained through years of passion and research in the kitchen. <\/p>\n

Even our regular customers see in us a real point of reference… They range from “battuta di carne cruda di Fassone” to “Ovuli Reali” salad, from “Tajarin ai funghi Porcini” to “Agnolotti di bue al sugo d’arrosto”… and again…
